Residential HVAC Installer

Moyer Total Indoor Comfort is seeking an experienced full-time Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in Kutztown, PA. As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will install residential HVAC equipment and complete system replacements according to company and manufacturer standards. You will assist with equipment wiring, system startup, testing, and verification to ensure systems are operating properly. Throughout the day, you will maintain high installation quality while helping keep projects organized and on schedule. You will communicate professionally with homeowners, answer questions, explain completed work, and deliver a positive customer experience.

You will also work closely with other installers and continue developing the skills needed to take on greater project and team responsibilities over time.

This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
. Employees report to a central location before traveling to their assigned job sites each day.

• Hands-on residential HVAC installation experience or experience in a closely related field
• EPA Certification
• Ability to complete HVAC installations safely and according to quality standards
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer care
• Interest in growing into increased project or team responsibilities over time

Preferred:

• Experience completing residential system replacements
• Boiler installation or service experience
• Experience with equipment wiring and system startup
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability and interest in growing into a lead installer or leadership position
• Experience mentoring or supporting newer installers
