Service Engineer - CNC Installation & Field Support

Warminster, PA Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Travel:
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
Position Overview Seeking a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair Swiss-type CNC machines at customer facilities while delivering exceptional technical support. Primary Responsibilities Â
· Install and upgrade CNC machines at customer sites Â
· Configure hardware, software, and machine options Â
· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs Â
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC issues Â
· Document service activities and customer communications Â
· Maintain tools, equipment, and service records Â
· Train customers on proper operation and basic maintenance Â
· Provide phone and in-office technical support Â
· Communicate job status and completion to management Benefits Â
