Electrical Technician
responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects.
Key duties- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
- Lead assigned project areas and oversee small crews.
- Install conduit, wiring pathways, and distribution equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical system issues.
- Ensure all work is completed using safe work practices.
- Mentor and support apprentices to build skills and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
- Ability to work from technical drawings and schematics.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience working with small crews.
- Commitment to safety and ability to enforce safe procedures.
- Willingness and ability to mentor apprentices.
