Overnight Youth Monitors | Life Skills Workers I

Location:

165 Abraxas Rd., Marienville, PA 16239.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $18.73 per hour.

Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am (overnight).

Responsibilities
  • Interact meaningfully with clients.
  • Complete security calls to night supervisor.
  • Maintain regular communication with co‑worker(s).
  • Supervise morning routine; observe client behavior and intervene appropriately.
  • Ensure client location.
  • Conduct and document random/unpredictable head counts/bed checks.
  • Conduct outside building security checks.
Hiring Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass physical and pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening.
  • Successful criminal background check.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
