Salary based on experience/ license in field.

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations of potential residents.
• Lead the development of treatment plans with individual receiving services. Update treatment plans in collaboration with the individual, Psychiatrist and other members of treatment team at a minimum of every 30 days for each assigned individual.
• Provide a minimum number of required hours of individual psychotherapy weekly assigned by the program director.
• Oversee and/or provide group psychotherapy sessions ensuring clinical integrity and the use of evidence‑based practices.
• Transport and monitor residents in the community when clinically or medically appropriate with Director approval.
• Provide effective supervision, mentoring and training to LTSR staff.
• Available for intermittent on call responsibility as assigned.
• Submit all documentation in a timely fashion.
