Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn, PA. Our dedicated team of over 600 staff ranging from highly specialized clinicians and maintenance to recreational and direct staff professionals all work toward the common goal of the happiness, self‑fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.
Devereux is proud to offer ASCEND – the first career accelerator program exclusively designed for behavioral healthcare workers. The program provides 100% tuition coverage (up to $15k reimbursed annually for undergraduate and $25k for graduate), student‑loan repayment, and other benefits.
Qualifications- High school diploma, GED, or trade certification required.
- At least three (3) years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical work. A journeyman rating or appropriate licensure may be required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum age 21 years.
