Well Span Philhaven in Mount Gretna, PA, is seeking an RN for our Child & Adolescent Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit. The role covers 12‑hour shifts (3 am–3 pm) on an every-other weekend schedule with rotating holidays, and offers sign-on eligibility.
As a beginner-practitioner level nurse, you provide care per nursing processes, coordinate with other disciplines, and may perform unit-specific skills. Licensure and BLS are required upon hire.
