Schedule: Sat & Sun 6:00am- 2:00pm Total: 16 hrs./wk.
What You’ll Do- Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients.
- Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
- Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation.
- Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
- Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
- Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications
- Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and be insurable under company policy
