As a Direct Support Professional
, you will help ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals supported by Adesha Village while providing hands-on assistance, skill-building, and opportunities for greater independence.

You’ll provide individualized support based on each person’s needs and goals while helping create an environment that promotes dignity, choice, growth, and community participation.

Daily Living & Independence

• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, cleaning, shopping, and personal hygiene.
• Provide individualized assistance to help each person maximize independence and quality of life.
• Encourage individuals to develop and strengthen daily living skills.
• Provide supervision and guidance based on each individual’s needs.
• Support individuals in achieving outcomes identified in their Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Provide trauma‑informed and person-centered care.

Skill‑Building & Behavioral Support

• Support individuals in developing skills that promote greater independence and success.
• Reinforce individualized behavioral strategies and supports.
