Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Corrections Counselor 2 for the State Correctional Institution role focuses on counseling and casework to help inmates adjust and prepare for reintegration, coordinating treatment activities, and supporting behavioral change through a multidisciplinary approach.
You will interview inmates, help develop social and vocational skills, manage case documentation, and assist with reentry planning.
