Location: Abraxas Youth & Family Services, 165 Abraxas Rd., Marienville, PA 16239

Salary: $55,000.00 Annually (May increase with education/experience)

Shift: BOTH Days (7 a.m.

-3 p.m.) and Evenings (3 p.m.

-11 p.m.), weekends required

As a Treatment Supervisor, you will direct activities of the unit and provide supervision of staff while helping ensure the highest quality care for adolescents. What You’ll Do:

• Maintain employee schedules that provide adequate coverage to ensure safety for both clients and staff.
• Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• Interview and select qualified candidates for posted positions.
• Structure, implement, and facilitate new employee orientation and training.
• Create professional development plans with employees to support growth and success.
• Conduct supervisory conferences and performance evaluations while providing constructive feedback.
• Implement progressive discipline when necessary in accordance with policy.
• Respond to Step I grievances.
• Schedule employee training to ensure mandatory training requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing supervision to unit employees and monitor case management activities.
• Schedule team meetings, develop agendas, and promote communication and teamwork.
• Support the Abraxas mission, philosophy, and Seven Key Principles of Care.
• Demonstrate and supervise the appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management (SCM).

The following educational requirements are acceptable for this classification:

Associate’s degree or 60 college credits and three years of experience working with children;
OR Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience working with children.

Other

Qualifications:

• At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34, specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI).
• Valid driver’s license from employee’s state of residence.
• Valid registered vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
