The facility serves adolescents and adults and operates multiple locations, with services delivered primarily via telehealth. The multidisciplinary support team includes RNs, Social Workers, Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and an MD.

The Licensed Master Social Worker will deliver telehealth-based outpatient behavioral health services on a part-time day shift schedule totaling 24 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities center on assisting clients in addressing addiction, recovery, and co-occurring mental health concerns through individual, group, and family counseling, as well as comprehensive assessments. Initial evaluations are scheduled for one hour, with follow-up med check sessions ranging from 15 to 30 minutes.

The clinician will manage a caseload of 4-7 patients per day, serving a population of ages 14 and older, with no call obligations associated with this position.
