Senior Unity Developer; Tech Dev

AXLEBOLT is a successful developer of mobile games on the international market. Our flagship project is Standoff 2, a first‑person mobile action shooter that is played by 30 million unique players worldwide every month. Our Unity development department is a team of professionals responsible for the creation and development of Standoff 2. We develop and implement new features, improve existing functionality, and optimize gameplay and graphics.

Our tasks include adding unique game mechanics, refining the user experience, and constantly updating content to keep the game interesting and relevant.

Tasks that await you:

• Optimizing the performance of gaming projects and internal tools
• Analyzing, improving, and automating development processes
• Development and support of CI/CD practices, integration of third‑party services and tools
• Creation and development of internal solutions for automation, pipeline acceleration, and product quality improvement
• Development of utilities and extensions for Unity that increase team productivity
• Participation in the formation of the architecture of technological solutions within the Tech Dev team

This will help you:

• Deep knowledge of Unity and C#
• Excellent understanding of OOP, algorithms, data structures
• Experience in project optimization (CPU, GPU, memory, architecture)
• Understanding of architectural design, working with large code bases
• Skills in creating and maintaining internal tools and automating workflows
• Proficiency in Git
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, etc.)

Would be a plus:

• Experience writing unit, performance, and editor tests
• Experience creating Unity Editor extensions and custom tooling
• Skills in integrating third‑party SDKs/services
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices or experience working with infrastructure
• Understanding of asset pipeline principles, content processing, and build assembly
