• Work in a team on various projects (Co‑Dev, remasters, feature development, full cycle)
• Ensure timely deliverables and smooth communication
• Ensure games are optimised across all development platforms
• Share your knowledge or tips and tricks with the team

• At least 3 years of commercial experience
• In‑depth knowledge of Unity
• Experience with at least one console platform (Switch, Play Station, Xbox)
• Optimisation experience (performance, memory)
• Knowledge of at least one source control system (preferably – git)
• Desire to improve
• Experience developing multi‑platform games (PC, mobile, console) on Unity
• Experience with Live Ops and backend platforms (Playfab, Nakama, custom)
• Experience with other engines (Unreal, Godot, proprietary, etc.)
• Experience with multiplayer games
• Passion for video and board games

• Interesting career and unique experience in the gaming industry
• Workflow in a young but experienced team
• Informal and friendly working environment
