Proven experience leading Unity game development teams, with a strong focus on performance, stability (high CFR ), and mobile-first gameplay experiences.

Prior experience managing a full stack team in the game development studio

Hands-on management experience leading high-performing teams of engineers and/or engineering managers

Hire, retain, and develop the careers of the engineers on your team

Coach and motivate your team to ensure high productivity and teamwork, and help each individual achieve their potential

Encourage and drive initiatives that promote innovation and technical excellence

Interface with other internal teams to prioritize features and functionality based on the resources available and business priorities

Clearly communicate any risk areas to upper management and come up with risk mitigation plans

Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Experience communicating highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
