Senior Software Engineer

• Acquire and apply new skills and techniques within assigned engineering tasks.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software constructs.
• Define and promote coding standards and practices within the team.
• Research, design, and develop moderately complex software components.
• Develop unit tests for complex algorithms to ensure high-quality code.
• Receive guidance from experienced engineers and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups.
• Review and provide feedback on complex code algorithms.
• Create technical documentation and design sketches at the feature level.
• Estimate high-level tasks at an epic level.
• Participate in reviewing functional requirements with the Product Owner.
• Recognize and adjust when tasks become time-consuming.
• Emphasize the importance of quality to project success.
• Keep the team focused and on track to meet sprint commitments.
• Ask clarifying questions during discussions.
• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings.
• Identify potential issues with ideas during discussions respectfully.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in:
  • Software development using .NET frameworks (4.5+, Core).
  • Agile methodologies.
  • C#, ASP.Net, and relational databases.
  • JavaScript frameworks.
  • CI/CD pipelines.
  • ORM tools.
  • AWS services.
  • React experience is preferred.
