Job DetailsCompensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company‑paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short‑term and long‑term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

SUMMARYThe Data Engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines that power analytics and business intelligence across the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT processes, managing data integration between Azure and Snowflake environments, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on data professional with strong SQL and Snowflake expertise, experience in Azure data tools, and a solid understanding of modern data architecture principles. The role requires close collaboration with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, well‑modeled, and accessible data for reporting and decision‑making.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Management, Data Engineering
Work Experience:
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Knowledge &
Skills:
- Medium to Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Azure Data Tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Webhooks, etc.)
- SQL Database
- Snowflake Data Warehouse
- SQL development and optimization skills.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data lake architectures.
