Mule Soft Developer

Playfly Sports is looking for a Mule Soft Developer within the Rev Ops division to join our team in either the Philadelphia or New York Office (Remote works is also an option).

Work Arrangement:

• Design and implement APIs and integrations using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop and maintain reusable assets, components, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mule Soft applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Monitor and optimize performance of integration solutions.
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in integration development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns.
• Mastery of API design principles with knowledge of both RAML and OpenAPI (swagger) specifications.
• Expert understanding of the Anypoint Platform/Anypoint Studio, including API Manager and Runtime Manager.
• High level of proficiency with Data Weave transformation language.
• Strong proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and data transformation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (for example, GIT).
• Methodical thinker / problem solver with the ability to own and solve for a challenge end-to-end.
• Highly adaptable to learning new technologies and changing/evolving project requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with messaging queues (e.g., Rabbit
  
  MQ, Active
  
  MQ).
• SQL experience, including query writing and optimization, data analysis and database management.
• An interest in sports is always a plus:

• Minimal travel included (potential annual work offsites, potential to visit other offices across the country, etc.).
• Role is mainly done at a desk – both our New York and Philadelphia office have sitting/standing convertible desks. Our New York Office is close to multiple forms of public transportation including Penn Station and multiple subway lines.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The Base Pay Range For This Role Is

$130,000—$135,000 USD
