As a Principal Front‑End Engineer, you will shape the next generation of our automation platform and governance tools – crafting intuitive, high‑performance experiences used by developers and enterprise users worldwide. You’ll be a key technical and product partner, collaborating with globally distributed engineering, design, and product teams to build a first‑class, developer‑focused automation canvas and a library of scalable, reusable UI components.

We are seeking a product‑oriented engineering leader who blends deep front‑end expertise with strong product sense. You won’t wait for requirements – you will define them, challenging assumptions and driving clarity across teams and time zones.

• Lead with Product Thinking:
  Shape features from concept to delivery by understanding user problems, proposing solutions, and influencing product direction. Use data, user insights, and strong intuition to drive decisions without waiting for PM direction.
• Build World‑Class User Experiences:
  Design and develop highly scalable, resilient, and maintainable front‑end systems. Ensure performance, accessibility, and UX excellence across complex workflows and developer‑facing surfaces.
• Be a Multiplier Across Geo‑Distributed Teams:
  Proactively collaborate with engineers, designers, and product partners across regions. Bridge gaps, drive alignment, and ensure high‑quality execution in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
• Drive Strategic Front‑End Architecture:
  Make informed architecture choices, mentor engineers, and guide the evolution of our design systems and component libraries for long‑term scalability.
• Own and Deliver End‑to‑End:
  Operate with autonomy – breaking down ambiguous problems, clarifying requirements, initiating product discussions, and steering execution without waiting for direction.
• Innovate at the Edge of AI + Automation:
  Partner with AI platform teams to integrate agentic intelligence into user‑facing experiences, invent new interaction patterns, and define how users build automations in an AI‑first future.
• Champion a Culture of Quality:
  Set the engineering bar for code quality, testing rigor, reliability, and thoughtful design.

• 10+ years of engineering experience, delivering high‑quality, user‑centred web experiences with mastery in performance, accessibility, and modern UI engineering.
• Deep Front‑End Expertise:
  Strong proficiency with React, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS, and modern build tooling. Experience driving design system architecture and reusable component libraries.
• Full‑Stack and Cloud Fluency:
  Strong backend experience (REST/Graph
  
  QL), familiarity with cloud services, and ability to collaborate effectively with platform/backend teams.
• Exceptional Product Sense:
  Ability to understand customer pain points, challenge solutions, and advocate for the highest‑impact work. You think in terms of problems, outcomes, and user value – not just requirements.
• Cross‑Geo Leadership:
  Proven success leading and collaborating with distributed teams; excellent written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures.
• Strong CS & Architecture Foundations:
  Solid grounding in algorithms, system design, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
• AI‑Forward Mindset:
  Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering productivity and a passion for shaping intelligent user experiences.
