- Design and optimize AI prompts for voice, chat, and email agents using Eleven Labs, OpenAI (including OpenAI Voice), Claude, Grok, and Vibe Code concepts.
- Build and test workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and integrate systems via webhooks and APIs.
- Oversee technical architecture for AI agent deployment and ensure scalability.
- Mentor the Junior AI Implementation Specialist and guide technical strategy.
- Conduct basic user testing to refine AI interactions for natural user experiences.
- 3-5 years in AI implementation or software development.
- Expertise in prompt engineering for voice, chat, and email agents, with hands-on experience in Eleven Labs, OpenAI (including OpenAI Voice), Claude, and Grok.
- Proficiency in n8n, Make, Zapier, webhooks, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations.
- Basic UX design knowledge to ensure user-friendly AI interactions.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
