A rapidly growing fintech company in Malvern, PA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its team in a hybrid role, with onsite collaboration three days per week. Core, and Azure, building cloud-native applications and integrations that help banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions modernize collections and credit risk management.

Required Skills & Experience7+ years of professional software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications Strong background with C#, .NET, and .NET Core development Experience working with SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting Hands-on experience developing applications with React and modern JavaScript frameworks

Experience with source control tools such as Git and Azure Dev Ops Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative engineering team Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with Type Script Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development Experience implementing caching solutions such as Redis Strong UI/UX development experience using modern front-end technologies Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Code Rabbit Interest in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies
