Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

As a Junior Automation Developer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining automated test coverage for our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure our applications are reliable and deliver a seamless experience to our users. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working with modern automation tools - including leveraging AI-powered tools to write smarter tests, identify coverage gaps, and work more efficiently.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test development, improve coverage, and streamline day-to-day automation tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and report issues
• Contribute to the evolution of our automation framework and tooling
• Document test cases, results, and automation processes
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
• Support continuous integration and deployment efforts through test automation

• 2-4 years of experience in software development or test automation
• Exposure to Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g. Git Hub Copilot, Claude) to support development and problem-solving
• Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• .Experience with .Net

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Exposure to REST APIs and backend testing
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes

• Candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable, and show initiative
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to remain composed in critical deadline situations

The work schedule for this position will be primarily Monday - Friday at our Berwyn, PA office, during typical business hours; however, based on the operational needs of this rapidly growing company, some work outside of typical business hours may be required.
