Assistant Junior High Girls Wrestling Coach

The assistant coach is directly responsible to the head coach. With head coach approval the assistant coach is responsible for all aspects of the team as assigned by the head coach.
Duties and Responsibilities- Duties as assigned to the head coach, when applicable.
- Assist the head coach in those duties the head coach may assign.
- Serve as junior varsity coach.
- Implement the program developed by the head coach.
- Effectively apply sound teaching techniques when giving instruction to participants.
The assistant coach is a staff employee who is directly responsible to the head coach.
The assistant coach shall establish lines of communication and cooperation with the following:
- Central office
- High school principal
- Athletic director
- Head coach
- Students
- Parents/community
