Responsibilities include coordinating practice sessions, coaching the team during meets, recruiting student-athletes, and overseeing JV and Assistant Coaches. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree, coaching experience, and strong organizational and motivational skills. CPR/First Aid certification is required. This position emphasizes the promotion of a positive attitude and the personal growth of student-athletes.
