Head Coach – Functional Fitness (Lionville)

F45 Lionville, West Chester, PA – Full‑time position.

Core Responsibilities

• Coach 23 hours of F45 sessions per week, ensuring highest standard of instruction.
• Provide personalized attention, safe and correct performance, and encouragement during every class.
• Introduce and demonstrate all scheduled exercises with appropriate modifications.
• Facilitate the 45‑Day Challenge, including information night, body scans, client check‑ins, and other challenge events.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate and train all studio coaches according to F45 training methods.
• Schedule coaching staff to ensure adequate class coverage and input monthly class schedule into Mindbody.
• Exemplify the 4 Pillars: AM/PM Procedure, Green Star Welcome Process, Rebooking new guests, and ensuring highest standard class experience.
• Assist sales team in recruiting new members, focusing on trial to member conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal fitness trainer or group trainer (preferred).
• Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with members.
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
• Motivated, passionate about health and fitness, reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons.

Compensation
: $45,000 – $50,000 per year.
