The Receiver Assistant is responsible for using an RF scanner to put away product in the assigned pick location throughout the warehouse and assisting the receiving department with other daily tasks.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

• Put items away in assigned pick locations using RF Scanner
• Label items as they are received
• Add and enter secondary locations into the system as needed
• Unbox and layout items and ensure all product matches packing slip
• Assist in unloading of trucks and other deliveries

• Restock primary pick locations throughout the warehouse with emphasis on larger items/skids
• Properly communicate issues to Receiving Coordinator
• Take out trash & compress cardboard in bailer on weekly basis
• General Housekeeping duties as assigned
• Performs other duties and special projects determined by Management

• Ability to use RF Scanning devices and computers for general warehouse functions
• Ability to be properly trained to operate Joey lift
• Ability to be properly trained to operate Walk-Behind lifts with loads up to 600 lb.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
