Export Customer Service Food Industry 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and technically skilled person with extensive export experience and sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade. In this varied and responsible position, you will be part of an international environment and work closely with customers, logistics partners and internal interfaces. You will ensure that our export processes run smoothly, coordinate shipments and always maintain an overview, even in hectic situations.

- Order entry and processing of export orders
- Monitoring deadlines from production to delivery and invoicing
- Preparation of the necessary export and customs documents (export declarations, proof of origin, freight documents)
- Coordination with freight forwarders and customs offices
- Processing customer complaints and returns
- Checking and account assignment of freight and customs invoices
- Monitoring export documentation in accordance with international trade regulations
- Completed commercial training and training in foreign trade an advantage
- Several years of experience in export and order processing
- Experience in the food industry or production environment
- Sound knowledge of customs in Switzerland and the EU
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Very good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
