Truck Drivers - Heavy Duty - Romania

We are looking for multiple experienced Heavy Vehicle Drivers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the safe transport of goods within the EU, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations, and maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition.

Number of Open Positions: 50

• Safely transport goods and materials from one location to another.
• Assist in the loading and offloading of goods/materials.
• Strictly adhere to traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, maintain the vehicle, and report any mechanical faults promptly.
• Ensure that loading note quantities match the checklist of materials.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Minimum High School pass.
• Defensive driving training or other related certifications preferred.
• Must possess a valid heavy vehicle driving license.
• Proficient in driving, maneuvering, and parking large vehicles.
• Familiar with local and international traffic safety rules.
• Physically fit to lift heavy items and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Basic communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, especially under high‑pressure and stressful conditions.
• Experience in Driving Cargo within the European Regionis a Plus.

• Net Salary:
  Approx. 2800 Euros/month.
• Fixed Salary: 4050 RON/month (As per Romanian Regulations)
• Expected Daily allowance: 1800 Euros
• Daily Allowance: 65 Euros/day (Outside of Romania)
• Food Allowance 30 RON/day (While in Romania)
• Accommodation is provided by employer
• Working hours are
  40 Hours/Week. Overtime applicable for additional working hours.
• Transfer of Driving License to EU is sponsored by the employer.
• 30 holidays per year.
