Location & ScheduleWe are hiring Part‑Time School Bus Drivers in Doylestown, PA at our Bucks County IU location. You will start the student’s day with before‑school pickup and finish with an afternoon shift bringing students safely home.
Responsibilities- A split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between.
- A guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day. No night or weekend shifts unless requested.
- Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available.
- $25.46/HR starting wage, based on experience.
- Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits and a 401(k) retirement savings plan (variable by location or CBA).
- No experience required—we offer paid CDL training at $15/HR.
- Child‑Ride Program if the child is enrolled in the district.
- Those without a college degree or high school diploma.

- At least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
