First Student is a leading transportation company with 60,000+ employees ensuring safe travel for more than 5 million students daily across multiple brands. As a part‑time School Bus Driver you will escort students from before‑school pick‑up through after‑school drop‑off in Harmony, PA.

• Split shift: early‑morning before‑school pickup and afternoon drop‑off with several free hours in between.
• Gain additional hours through trips and charter opportunities when available.

• $28.00/HR starting wage (based on experience and vehicle type); training pay $28.00 for experienced drivers, $20.00 for non‑experienced.
• $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus for fully licensed drivers; $5,000 for new drivers (bonus expires 1/31/2026).
• Medical, Dental & Vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement plan.
• Paid holiday(s); paid CDL training for non‑experienced drivers.

• Part‑time schedule required.
• No college degree or high school diploma required.
• Military experience, returning to workforce, second job, retiree, or career jump‑start considered.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Minimum age 21.
• Experience as a CDL School Bus Driver, Student Transportation Driver, School Route Driver, Substitute Bus Driver, AM/PM School Bus Operator, or Local CDL Driver – School Transportation is a plus.

Condition:
Subject to DOT drug testing (49 CFR Part 40). No Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, are authorized.
