CDL A Driver – Join our Shop Team to support the future growth of the Company.

• Shuttle commercial vehicles between the maintenance shop and customers in the surrounding area, and be home each evening.
• Pick up and deliver parts from local parts stores/distribution centers back to our maintenance shop.
• Provide excellent customer service by exceeding customers’ expectations.
• Contribute to the achievement of the Maintenance Shop department goals and objectives.
• Make parts runs to parts stores and deliver to shops and mobile technicians.
• Assist with maintaining the parts shelves for the technicians.
• Assist with shop cleanliness.
• Pick up customer trailers with our tractor and deliver to shop and other yards.
• Pick up and deliver customer trucks.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Attend management meetings when requested.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years’ experience in a related field (or a higher degree/certification and 5 years’ experience).
• Valid CDL‑A driver’s license and Driver Qualification File; able to obtain and maintain the file.
• 1 to 3 years of CDL driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and follow maps, routes, and GPS system.
• Experience demonstrating exceptional customer service to external and internal contacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Dependable, organized, and committed.
• Positive attitude, good instincts, and self‑motivation.
• Familiarity with local geography.
• High energy, adaptability, and strong work ethic; resourceful and motivated.
