Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $85,000
$0.55 - $0.60 per mile
Live stop pay: $42 per stop
Drop/hook pay: $62
Detention: $20 - $28 per hour (after one hour)
Hazmat load: $40
Driver load/unload: $45
Driver assist: $25
Yard checks: $20 per hour
Refused delivery: $42
Truck order not used: $35
Crosstown, empty move or empty search: $25
Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $20 per hour
Safety training or roundtable meetings: $20 - $40 per hour
Overweight rework: $20 per hour
Reefer load: $40
Empty move per load: $25
Empty search per hour: $20
Trainee pay: $200 per day
