Forklift Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:30pm to 10:00pm)

• Operate stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and retrieve materials and products.
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory, complete orders, and maintain precise warehouse records for receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations.
• Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation checks on forklifts and other equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse floor for optimal space utilization, cleanliness, and accessibility, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support overall operational efficiency.

Forklift Operator

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, with previous certification in forklift operation.
• Must have 6 months of Cherry Picker or High Reach Forklift, and have operated within the last 6 months.
• Must be able to continuously lift 40 pounds, bend, and stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety reasons.
• Candidates must be willing and able to commute to the worksite in Wilkes Barre, PA for each scheduled shift and have their own reliable transportation.
