Packaging Associate​/Alternate Delivery Driver

Carpenter & Paterson, Inc. is currently hiring a full-time Packaging Associate/Alternate Delivery Driver to work out of our warehouses in Donora, PA. This position assists with fulfilling & processing orders, shipping/receiving, inventory, providing support as an alternate delivery driver, and other duties as assigned.

• Managing paperwork from customers and vendors
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Pulling orders and prepping for shipment
• Receive inventory and store products in designated areas
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Operating our delivery trucks safely
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Experience in a similar work environment preferred
• Experience driving a 20’ / 14’ stake body truck in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
• Clean, driving record
• Having basic math skills
• Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed.
• Willingness to learn the warehouse products
• Self-motivated
• Punctual and courteous
• Team player mentality a must; communication, collaboration, and motivation to follow through critically.
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently without constant supervision.

• Monday thru Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
