The Farm Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of employees between designated pickup locations and assigned farm facilities while supporting daily farm and warehouse operations. This position also assists with loading and unloading products, materials, and empty containers, performing intercompany deliveries, and providing additional warehouse support as needed. The Farm Operator is expected to maintain a strong commitment to safety, operational efficiency, and teamwork while performing assigned duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Este puesto también brinda apoyo en la carga y descarga de productos, materiales y contenedores vacíos, realiza entregas entre las instalaciones de la Compañía y colabora en otras actividades operativas según sea necesario.

The following functions are considered essential to the position. This list is intended to describe the primary responsibilities of the role and is not necessarily exhaustive:

• Safely transport employees between designated pickup locations and assigned Company farms, ensuring timely and reliable transportation.
• Provide shuttle transportation for employees assigned to assist with harvesting operations at different farm locations, including returning employees to their designated facilities upon completion of their assignments.
• Operate various Company vehicles, including but not limited to box trucks, passenger vans, and Company cars, in accordance with applicable regulations and Company policies.
• Clean and sanitize Company vehicles after use, following established Company procedures.
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and promptly reports mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform intercompany deliveries of products, supplies, equipment, and materials between Company farms, warehouses, and other designated facilities.
• Transport clean product containers from the warehouse to farm locations based on operational needs.
• Collect and transport used or soiled containers to the warehouse for cleaning, along with unused or excess containers requiring redistribution or storage.
• Collect and return empty wooden pallets from farm locations to the warehouse.
• Transport Company vehicles for refueling as needed.
• Assist with transporting Company trucks containing products between farm facilities and designated receiving docks, as authorized.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks containing products, containers, supplies, and other materials.
• Operate forklifts and other authorized material‑handling equipment in accordance with Company safety procedures and training requirements.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring proper storage of products, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with transporting parts, supplies, and materials between departments or Company facilities as needed.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, Company transportation policies, food safety standards, and workplace safety procedures.
