Warhouse Associate - GMP Experience Required

Full-time

This role is more than just moving boxes. By keeping the warehouse organized and following strict rules, you help make sure medicines and clinical supplies are handled correctly. Your work directly supports patients, doctors, and researchers who depend on these materials to stay safe and effective. Every accurate count, every properly stored item, and every sample you manage helps protect people’s health and ensures the company can deliver life‑saving treatments.

• Receive and check materials coming into the warehouse
• Handle drug returns and manage samples
• Store inventory safely and correctly
• Collect samples when needed
• Restock items each week and update inventory records
• Remove expired or unusable items from storage
• Prepare and stage materials for packaging and labeling work areas
• Cover cold storage in emergencies
• Count inventory regularly to make sure records are correct

• Keep your safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training up to date
• Always follow company rules, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and safety guidelines
• Report any problems or mistakes right away
• Fill out paperwork clearly and correctly
• Be ready to work overtime or weekends when needed
• Work well with your team and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
• You’ll spend a lot of time standing or walking
• You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Sometimes you’ll use manual or electric pallet jacks

• High School Diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse experience, OR
• Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of warehouse experience

• Must have experience working in a GMP‑regulated environment
• Must be able to follow written procedures (SOPs)

Position is Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8am‑5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
