Forklift​/Turret Truck Operator

Are you an experienced equipment operator looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Our client in Mount Pocono, PA 18344 is seeking a skilled Forklift/Turret Truck Operator to join our team and support daily warehouse operations.

Contract-to-Hire | Pay Rate: $18/hr | Shift: Monday-Friday 5 pm – 1 am

• Operate turret truck equipment to pick, move, and stage full pallets efficiently and safely.
• Label all pulled orders with order number, receiver name, and case quantity.
• Report any incorrect or damaged tickets immediately to the shift lead or supervisor.
• Pull and stage orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in running freight and locating products throughout the warehouse.
• Report broken pallets or safety concerns promptly.
• Complete daily forklift inspection and maintenance checklist.
• Monitor and maintain battery charge levels; clean and return equipment to proper charging stations.
• Operate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience operating a turret truck or similar equipment in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs (more as required).
• Reliable and flexible to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed.
• Able to work safely in areas with varying noise levels.
