Inventory Specialist and Cherry Picker

We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist / Cherry Picker to join a dynamic, growing operation in Landisville, PA. Earn up to $19/hour. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, stays safety-focused, and takes pride in helping a team hit daily production goals. Candidates with inventory control, shipping/receiving, order picking, and powered equipment experience are encouraged to apply.

$17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

• Monday – Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm | $17.00–$19.00/hour
• Overtime may be available and/or required as needed. Hours may vary based on business needs.

As an Inventory Specialist / Cherry Picker, you are a key part of the operations team—supporting inventory accuracy, replenishment, picking, and material movement throughout the warehouse. You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by working safely, moving with urgency, and maintaining accuracy.

• Work safely—safety is our first core value
• Operate a cherry picker/order picker safely and efficiently
• Pick and replenish inventory using handheld scanners or warehouse technology
• Accurately locate, count, and organize inventory
• Receive, verify, and put away incoming shipments
• Prepare products and materials for shipment
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Be a team player—everyone works together to get the job done

• Warehouse and/or shipping & receiving experience preferred
• Cherry picker / order picker experience preferred (forklift or powered equipment experience is a plus)
• Ability to use handheld scanners and other warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/inventory skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
