• Build loads for delivery and unload freight, including lumber and building supplies.
• Operate forklift and complete required training and certification.
• Communicate delays or discrepancies with management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized lumber yard and warehouse.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information to others one‑on‑one.
• Periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
