• Base salary of £32914 - £35104 plus £3900 annual sleep in allowance.

• Qualifications:
  
  You’ve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Experience:
  
  You’ve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.
