The Role:
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education in line with:
* EYFS framework
* Ofsted requirements
* Internal policies and procedures
You will lead, mentor and develop the staff team, fostering a positive and professional culture, while building strong relationships with families and external professionals. You will also ensure the nursery is fully prepared for inspections and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
* Proven senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Confident people manager with excellent communication skills
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to obtain within 2 years
