Metcalfe Plant Hire Limited is looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Ganger to join their Civil Engineering and Groundworks team in Penrith. This hands-on role requires strong leadership to supervise site operations while working alongside the crew to ensure projects meet high standards.
The successful candidate will need extensive experience in civil engineering and groundworks projects, like highways and drainage. A valid CSCS Card and a Full UK Driving Licence are essential, while preferred qualifications include SSSTS or SMSTS.
Competitive pay of £19.00–£20.00 per hour, along with ongoing training and career development opportunities, are offered.
