With up to 200 indoor and outdoor activities available, Center Parcs is the perfect place for families to try something new together. The Leisure team plays a key role in ensuring families feel confident, safe and happy during their activity, whatever their age or ability.
We are currently looking to recruit Watersports Team Members to assist in the day to day running of our busy Watersports department.
Responsibilities- Helping with setting up beach side activities
- Hiring out wet suits
- Payment handling and operating the till
- Manning the Adventure Golf kiosk
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Work 128 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Days and hours may vary each week, but you will always receive at least the contracted hours each period. Village is open 365 days; working hours include public / bank holidays and on a rota basis during Christmas and / or New Year.
About You – Essential Requirements- Good communication skills
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
- Works well in a team
– Desirable Requirements
- Able to use computer systems
- Willingness to undertake relevant Watersports qualifications (e.g., Powerboat Level
2) to aid in succession planning within the department
Must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Whinfell Forest (CA10 2DW
); not easily accessible by public transport. If you plan to use public transport, review realistic commute. Plan Your Journey.
