About the Role
This will be a part‑time role and you'll work 31.75 hours per week, working Tuesday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm with a 1‑hour break (including every other Saturday from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm).
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of a team that is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. In addition to providing an efficient cashiering service, our colleagues can spot opportunities to help customers, talk confidently about our brilliant products and services, and generally look after customer needs. There will also be opportunities within this role to work collaboratively with other areas across the business.
The role will be primarily based at our Penrith Branch, but you may be required to work in other branches in the Lakeland area including Appleby & Keswick, depending on business need.

Salary – Starting on £20,858.68 p.a.; following training your salary will increase to £21,762.17 p.a.
