Guest Services Assistant

Whinfell Forest | £13.20 per hour

Start every break with a warm welcome

From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.

What you'll be doing
  • Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
  • Answering questions by phone and in person
  • Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours
  • Part‑time, shifts typically between 12:00pm and 10:00pm
  • Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4‑week period; additional hours may be required as needed
  • Includes evenings and bank holidays
