An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and forward-thinking finance professional to step into the Finance Manager role within a well-established organisation. This position is ideal for someone looking to progress their career beyond a traditional finance role, offering exposure to systems improvement, process automation, and strategic financial support. You'll play a key role in enhancing financial processes, supporting decision-making, and working closely with stakeholders across a multi-site environment.

• Support and contribute to the development and optimisation of the organisation's accounting system (Sage Intacct).
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial processes.
• Produce high-quality management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to support financial understanding and compliance.
• Maintain strong financial controls and support audit processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with statutory reporting and regulatory requirements.

• AAT Level 4 (or working towards).
• Experience with in a finance role involving reporting, analysis, or business partnering.
• Strong understanding of management accounts and financial processes.
• Experience using accounting systems (Sage or similar desirable).
• Proactive approach with a genuine interest in improving processes.
• Desirable:
  Studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Exposure to systems improvements or automation.
• Experience with in a multi-site or complex organisation.
