Care Home Manager

Salary: circa £55,000 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Job Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager on behalf of a well-established care provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a permanent, full-time management role offering stability, strong organisational support, and genuine opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management of a residential care home
  • Full accountability for quality of care, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary care team
  • Ensuring person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence
  • Maintaining CQC compliance and preparing for inspections
  • Supporting continuous improvement and service development
  • Managing staffing, supervision, and performance
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
About You
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-led care
  • Confident, resilient, and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary circa £55,000 per annum
