North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Community Physiotherapist to join the Eden ICC team in Penrith. The role is Band 6, permanent, 30 hours per week, with 8am-8pm rota coverage and core hours 8:30-16:30. The post emphasises community-based rehabilitation and MDT collaboration to keep patients safely at home.
You will manage a diverse caseload, require driving to patient homes, and work within a friendly MDT to deliver high-quality care across the Eden Valley.
