Loader Operative

Overview

Loader Operative – Salary: £13.10 per hour.

Hours:

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Location:

Eden, Cumbria, CA11 8GU
. This role involves providing an efficient and courteous waste collection service as part of a team, ensuring work is completed cleanly and professionally and supporting wider team operations where required. This vacancy is for a full-time position; requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days) will be considered.

• Performing waste collection duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner
• Following routes and schedules as directed
• Reporting issues or hazards to the Supervisor or Team Leader
• Supporting the team with other operational duties as required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times
• Ensuring good communication with colleagues and management
