Forklift Driver (Training Provided) - Permanent, Full‑Time

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our friendly, safety‑focused manufacturing team. Whether you already have an FLT licence or want to learn, this could be the opportunity for you.

£13.23 - £16.12 per hour, plus shift premiums and enhanced overtime rates, depending on shift pattern worked and demonstrated skill and competency level. Pay progression is available as additional skills and competence are demonstrated.

• Monday to Friday, 3‑shift rota: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.

• Operating forklifts in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Handling stock bookings, rotations and general warehouse duties.
• Supplying production lines with materials and loading/unloading wagons.

• FLT licence preferred, but not essential – full training available.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Good timekeeping.
• Reliability and quality consciousness.
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic English communication skills.

• Full‑time, permanent contract.
